When we met the Nimble team at the Learning & Technologies show back in 2018, I have to admit I was sceptical that creating content could be that simple - turns out that it really is! No third party software or specialist IT knowledge needed and the support from the Nimble team has been great. Having time to fully test the system before committing was a real benefit to us and shows that Nimble are confident in their product and don't need a hard sell approach. The helpdesk staff are always friendly and supportive and feels like we have a real partnership approach. Thank you Nimble!

Nimble is a fantastic authoring tool that helps us create fun and interactive learning for our population of colleagues using different device types. Whether you are new to designing eLearning, or experienced, using Nimble is intuitive and has lots of support to help deliver great learning products. We have been impressed with its ease of use, look & feel and interactivity for the learner. On the one occasion we have had an issue, we were supported quickly and the issue resolved swiftly. Its also regularly updated with new features which help provide fresh and fun content for learners.

We have been working with Nimble for at least 5 years, and as someone who was brand new to e-learning, they made the whole experience easy and straight forward. We now have multiple courses with hundreds of learners, and despite being relatively proficient in using nimble; we do still need occasional support from the team which they are always able to do and respond to quickly. Having regular contact with our customer success manager, Anya, also helps as she knows the system inside and out and is able to offer support and advice whenever we need it. For us it's really important to have good relationships with suppliers and nimble definitely tick that box. After doing a Google search for e-learning providers, I'm so glad Nimble (or e-learning247 at the time) came up as one of the top answers! Thanks to everyone for your continued support 🙂

We transferred to Nimble Elearning from another Learning Management System and the change has made my working life SO much simpler. The LMS interface is clean and intuitive, meaning I get things done easily and quickly. The customer service team is one of the best I've ever dealt with over the course of a long career of using multiple different types of software. They respond promptly, never show any sign that our 'daft' questions might be just that, and NEVER (unlike some other LMS support teams) imply that any very rare problems are actually our fault (even if they are). And, of course, they sort things out for us! In fact, while we're still using an alternative authoring tool to create our courses, we are seriously considering moving to the Nimble equivalent even though that would mean re-creating some of our existing courses from scratch. As an aside, courses created in Nimble Author can be exported to SCORM (version 1.2).

The customer service is fantastic. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and always willing to help. Mike our account manager is amazing and has supported us at every turn of our Elearning journey. We were totally new to Elearning and have found the Authoring tool simple to use and its allowed us to create effective training which has received overwhelmingly positive feedback. I would not hesitate to recommend Nimble to anyone looking to develop Elearning.

Customer service and support is fantastic, very responsive and helpful, I have all the tools I need to make sure that I can create learning in the best way possible, I'm always kept informed as to what new services are coming up and any other useful tips that will make my experience of using Nimble better. The Authoring tool itself is simple and I've created some effective e-learning courses with it. It's on my highly recommended list and anyone who needs to create learning, id say they need to seriously consider Nimble.
