This event is not to be missed!
It’s your chance to find out from experts and Nimble users alike how to really engage learners and company stakeholders alike. We’ll be joined by Barry Sampson, author and elearning expert, who’ll share his expertise in learning design and development.
Barry, along with last year’s guest speaker Clive Shepherd, is the founding director of the More Than Blended Learning Company. He’ll explain why learner engagement, when embedded within the culture of the organisation, means “learners and stakeholders act as the cheerleaders for learning and development.”
According to Barry, “Generating the engagement of learners isn’t rocket science.”
And he should know, he’s worked on a number of award-winning elearning and blended learning programmes, and championed the use of emerging tools. At The More Than Blended Learning Company he helps people build their capability to design, develop and deliver effective and efficient blended learning solutions.
It’s a concept which fits within our philosophy at Nimble. We get excited when our clients take this approach, as you’ll have seen in our 2016 newsletters where we’ve focused on this idea. So it will come as no surprise, in this year’s Community Day, we’re also sharing best practice with input from clients who are implementing the ideas Barry will discuss. They’ll talk about the challenges faced and how they’re working to overcome them.
There will also be sector-based workshop groups, so delegates can share experiences with others in their field and exchange contact details at the same time.
Nimble Community Day: too good to miss
Its rise in popularity arises out of the benefits to our clients. To quote a few from last year:
‘Very useful and lots of info to feed back into my company so we can make even greater use of Nimble.’
‘Great day networking, learning and hearing stories from others.’
‘Love the passion and enthusiasm you all have for Nimble, great vibe in the room.’

To the many people already registered – we’re looking forward to seeing you there!
