Our system is fully supported with training, advice, and real experts at your side. We’ll help you every step of the way – from creating your first course, to launching your programme – we’ve got you covered.
Here’s what you can expect from us:
Customer Success Manager
A named Customer Success Manager will be your main contact throughout your elearning journey – their role is to support you! Covering everything from learning design fundamentals to programme delivery, you will receive a minimum of two online progress meetings per annum. Progress meetings are tailored to you and can cover a broad spectrum of topics to include helping set-up your site structure, launch plan, identifying KPI’s, develop and track success measurements, and delivering any top-up training you may require. They are also available via phone and email anytime you need them.
Know-how training
We will give you and your team access to our Know-how training webinars, delivered by our Nimble Product Trainer. They cover all the basics of Nimble Author and Nimble LMS, amongst other elearning topics!
Knowledge-base
Alongside our training webinars, you and your team will have access to our online Knowledge-base. The site contains how-to guides to do almost everything in Nimble.
Support
Nimble takes pride in guiding our customers every step of the way, understanding their needs and getting them up and running in no time. Our knowledgeable team, based in Gloucestershire, UK are on hand to offer technical help, Monday-Friday from 9am to 5pm UK time (except Bank Holidays).

Getting to know Nimble
As a new customer, you’ll start with a one-to-one orientation with your Nimble Customer Success Manager. You’ll discuss what you’re looking to achieve and advice on how Nimble can help you get there.
Nimble Know-how
Build confidence and knowledge with our online Nimble Know-how training sessions delivered by our Nimble Product Trainer, and our comprehensive FAQ Knowledge-base which contains guides to do almost everything in Nimble.
Course check-up
As a new Nimble customer, the lite course review is a great way to set your foundations in course creation and will benefit you far beyond the first course you create. To set you up for success, when you are ready, your Customer Success Manager will spend time reviewing your course free of charge. You’ll receive a feedback document with suggested improvements, based on the design and learning flow of your course.
Pre-launch review
Your Customer Success Manager will work with you to make sure everything is in place to ensure a smooth launch of your elearning programme with a one-to-one pre-launch review.
Stay on course
We’ll partner you on your elearning journey by holding regular reviews that explore your progress against your strategy, provide help to adapt to new challenges and look at where you want to take your learning programme next.
