Bullying and harassment represents a very real health and safety risk. In fact, over a third of UK employees report to have been bullied at work! While we’d like to think we could handle bullies more effectively as adults, it’s not always that straight forward. Workplace bullying is often subtle and hard to detect or prove, and abuses of power can mean unfair treatment does not get reported for fear of negative consequences. This elearning course helps managers and employees to identify common bullying behaviours, and equips all staff with knowledge on correct procedures and channels for reporting workplace bullying and harassment.
