What is a B Corp?
A B Corporation® (B Corp) is a for-profit company that has been certified by B Lab Global to meet high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. We’re legally obligated to consider the impact of our decisions on all stakeholders, not just shareholders. As a Certified B Corp, we’re part of a global community using business as a force for good while delivering products and services our customers can trust.
Why did we do it?
Because we want to be accountable — not just to shareholders, but to our employees, customers, community, and the planet. Our mission is simple: To empower trainers worldwide through approachable digital learning tools and expert care’. This certification reinforces values we’ve held since day one: to be a part of a sustainable, profitable company, where growth brings benefits to all of us as employees, our customers, the partners and suppliers we do business with, and the improvement of our social and environmental impact on both our community and our planet.

How did we become certified?
To become a Certified B Corporation®, we completed the B Impact Assessment – a rigorous review of how our business affects people, communities, and the planet.
We had to meet high standards across these five key impact areas: Governance, Workers, Customers, Community, and Environment.
How did we score?
A company must score at least 80 points in the B Impact Assessment. This benchmark is designed to identify businesses that go beyond compliance – those that actively create positive impact through their operations and values.
At Nimble, we’re proud to have achieved a score of 102, a reflection of our strong values and how we put them into action every day.
What’s next?
Being a B Corp isn’t about being perfect – it’s about continuous improvement and making decisions that serve a wider purpose. We’ll be eligible to recertify in three years time, but behind the scenes, we’re committed to doubling down on:
