At World of Learning 2018, our director Alex Hathway hosted a workshop session about our recent project with our partners Espirita Learning to promote mental health awareness training. Dan Lane, Training Manager from Espirita, presented the session, where he outlined key responsibilities to maintain a workplace that is aware of mental health issues. Learning News interviewed Alex at World of Learning where he explained about the need to promote mental health awareness training and about our programme with Espirita Learning. Nimble and Espirita also run an accredited in-person 2-day mental health first aid training course created by Mental Health First Aid England (MHFA) at Nimble House in Gloucestershire. MHFA is now internationally recognised and helps people spot the signs of mental ill-health and provide help on a first aid basis. Espirita have created an online Mental Health Awareness course using Nimble. Their Mental Health Awareness course is also part of the mental health bundle of courses Espirita Learning have created using Nimble.
